Joseph believes safety needs to be proactive. “A lot of people think of safety as just reacting to threats. But real safety starts before anything happens—with training, with planning, with culture.”
That perception additionally shapes his work in larger schooling. He sees instructing not simply as instruction, however as mentorship. “You don’t just hand out grades—you help students become thoughtful professionals.”
