We’re days away from Vice President Kamala Harris’ operating mate announcement, and the names most bandied about are Govs. Tim Walz of Minnesota, Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, and Andy Beshear of Kentucky, in addition to Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly. There has even been some chatter about Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
Truthfully, all of those are totally implausible. I doubt we’ve ever had this a lot enjoyable watching a bunch of white dudes drag the GOP of their VP auditions. Whoever will get the nod, the others all have to be in common rotation as surrogates.
So right here’s the project: Vote on who you suppose Harris will choose.
