An Uber driver was captured on video punching a 68-year-old passenger behind the top in Dallas after he complained a couple of lack of legroom inside his automobile, a report says.
The incident involving Suleman Gauba unfolded Wednesday within the metropolis’s Design District as he and his spouse referred to as for an Uber to take them to a neighborhood Walmart, based on Fox4 Dallas.
“I cannot sit in the back seat,” Gauba instructed the station, which reported that he complained to the motive force about not having sufficient legroom within the rear of the automotive. “Very small place, you know?”
Gauba instructed Fox4 Dallas that the motive force then knowledgeable him that he was canceling his journey and requested him to get out of the automobile.

Surveillance footage recorded by a resort within the space then reveals Gauba and the rideshare driver stepping out of the automotive on the identical time.
