An Uber driver was captured on video punching a 68-year-old passenger behind the top in Dallas after he complained a couple of lack of legroom inside his automobile, a report says.
The incident involving Suleman Gauba unfolded Wednesday within the metropolis’s Design District as he and his spouse referred to as for an Uber to take them to a neighborhood Walmart, based on Fox4 Dallas.
“I cannot sit in the back seat,” Gauba instructed the station, which reported that he complained to the motive force about not having sufficient legroom within the rear of the automotive. “Very small place, you know?”
Gauba instructed Fox4 Dallas that the motive force then knowledgeable him that he was canceling his journey and requested him to get out of the automobile.

“At that time, my wife told him, ‘I’m calling the cops,’” he stated.
Surveillance footage recorded by a resort within the space then reveals Gauba and the rideshare driver stepping out of the automotive on the identical time.
As Gauba begins strolling across the rear of the automotive, the motive force punches him behind the top.
“I was thinking, you know, what’s happened with me? Why [did] he hit me?” Guaba instructed Fox4 Dallas.

The Dallas Police Division tells Fox Information Digital {that a} preliminary investigation has discovered that the sufferer first “entered the suspect’s vehicle, a ride share driver.
“The sufferer and suspect bought into an argument and the suspect hit the sufferer within the head,” police added. “The suspect left the placement.”
As of Saturday, the suspect – who in the footage appears to be a Black male last seen wearing a red shirt and dark pants — has not been tracked down.
