A Florida man was arrested on little one abuse allegations over accusations that he allegedly screamed obscenities and bodily abused a baby for about half an hour over a lacking sofa cushion, based on officers.
Lance Rachel Sr., 42, was charged with aggravated little one abuse and battery by strangulation. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Workplace mentioned the incident occurred on Dec. 7 at a house in Kissimmee, Florida, however that it was not reported till days later.

The sheriff’s workplace opened an investigation into the incident on Dec. 11.
Rachel Sr. was indignant as a result of a sofa cushion had been displaced and accused the kid of mendacity, based on the sheriff’s workplace.
The suspect “maliciously” punished the kid by screaming obscenities and bodily abusing the kid for 28 minutes, the sheriff’s workplace mentioned.

Deputies mentioned the sufferer was struck with a belt greater than 50 instances and was choked and known as a number of disparaging names and different obscenities.

On Dec. 16, deputies interviewed Kimberly Rachel, 35, who confirmed the incident occurred. She was arrested and charged with failure to report recognized little one abuse.
