Adam Boyes, the co-CEO of Iron Galaxy, has introduced plans to step down from his place on the Rumbleverse developer.
Boyes turned CEO of Iron Galaxy in June 2016 after holding management positions at PlayStation, Capcom and Halfway Video games. In November 2020, Chelsea Blasko was named co-CEO alongside Boyes. With Boyes’ departure, Blasko will take over his tasks serving as Iron Galaxy’s sole CEO.
Throughout Boyes tenure, Iron Galaxy shipped a number of titles together with its authentic IP Rumbleverse. Lately, the studio has expanded its work-for-hire and co-development enterprise for high gaming franchises akin to Fortnite, Overwatch, Fallout, Apex Legends and The Final of Us.
Along with Blasko, Iron Galaxy will nonetheless have its founder — Dave Lang — serving in a management position on the studio. Boyes thanked each Land and Blasko within the weblog put up asserting his departure.
