The Small Enterprise Constitution (SBC) has appointed entrepreneur Byron Dixon OBE, founder and chief govt of freshness-technology agency Micro-Recent, as its new chair.
Dixon takes over from outgoing chair Michael Hayman MBE, marking a key management shift because the organisation celebrates its tenth anniversary.
