A Peruvian unlawful immigrant has been arrested after allegedly abducting a highschool pupil in Manassas, Virginia, as she was strolling to highschool, based on police.
The Manassas Police Division mentioned 23-year-old Jesus Enrique Ramirez Cabrera was arrested on Friday and charged with abduction, theft, impersonation of legislation enforcement and petit larceny.
