Secretary of State Marco Rubio paused all U.S. overseas help funded by or by the State Division and U.S. Company for Worldwide Improvement (USAID) to permit the Trump administration to evaluation if the cash places “America First.”
On Sunday, the State Division launched a press release about falling consistent with President Donald Trump’s government order to reevaluate and realign overseas help from the U.S.
