“Be flexible and let go of the all-or-nothing mindset. You don’t need a gym or a full hour to get in a great workout. … A little bit of movement goes a long way toward keeping your energy up and your stress down,” he notes.

In the case of following a nutritious diet, the exercise teacher has the identical method.

Malvone even reminds himself of this versatile mindset when setting intentions for the brand new 12 months.
“Let your goals evolve with you. Fitness and wellness aren’t static, they’re tools to help you feel good in your life. Keep checking in with yourself and adjusting as needed,” he spills.
As for his personal habits, “I’m really into recovery and mindfulness like somatic stretching, breathwork, and mobility work. They’re not just good for your body, but also your nervous system.”
