The Silent Superpower of Conversations

“Seek first to understand, then to be understood,” — Stephen R. Covey 

Actual conversations start with listening. Don’t nod and plan your response. If listening feels straightforward, you’re most likely not doing it.

10 methods to create vibrant conversations with little speaking: 

#1 Be keen to vary your thoughts. 

Open your thoughts. Earlier than promoting your concepts, attempt to defend theirs. 

#2 Make area for others to talk. 

Let individuals end. Pause for 3 seconds. Chill out. 

#3 Take heed to ask a query.
