A Honduran unlawful alien accused of murdering a Georgia mom of 5 in a random assault earlier this month, faces further prices together with rape and necrophilia.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) stated David Hector Rivas-Sagastume, 21, has been the topic of a deportation order since July 2023.
Earlier this month, he was charged with capital homicide within the dying of Camilia Williams, a 52-year-old mom of 5 and a grandmother. Her physique was dumped in a wooded space in Cobb County, Georgia, authorities stated.

An arrest warrant states that Rivas-Sagastume assaulted Williams of Marietta, inserting her in a chokehold, inflicting her to lose consciousness someday between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. on March 12, Fox Atlanta reported. As soon as unconscious, Rivas-Sagastume allegedly informed police he put each knees and his full physique weight on her neck, resulting in her dying.
The Division of Homeland Safety informed Fox Information that Rivas-Sagastume entered the United States illegally on March 17, 2021, and was arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol.

“He was issued a notice to appear and paroled into the country by the previous administration,” the assertion stated. “A judge ordered him removed on July 11, 2023. On March 18, 2025, he was arrested by the Cobb County Police Department for capital murder and other crimes.”
