The U.S. Marshals Service is on the hunt Wednesday for a “lifelong criminal” accused of killing his ex-girlfriend after which burying her in a shallow grave in Philadelphia.

The U.S. Marshals Service says Otero goes by the alias “Gozer” and describes him as being 5 ft 10 inches tall and weighing 175 kilos.
